• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and crucial to the software development lifecycle, including:
• • Thoroughly reviewing user stories in the backlog to gain a comprehensive understanding of required changes and enhancements.
• • Collaborating closely with Product Owners to clarify user stories, understand their nuances, and define necessary updates.
• • Meticulously documenting acceptance criteria for all user stories and bug tickets, ensuring clarity and testability.
• • Acting as a key liaison between Product Owners and Developers, facilitating understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria, and leading discussions on new functionalities.
• • Conducting rigorous testing of user stories to ensure they meet defined requirements, and meticulously documenting all testing activities with supporting evidence.
• • Serving in the capacity of a Scrum Master, leading daily stand-up meetings to ensure team alignment and progress.
• • Developing and presenting a clear agenda for backlog grooming sessions, securing concurrence from Product Owners.
• • Leading productive backlog grooming sessions with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• • Orchestrating and leading "Demo Day" sessions, effectively presenting completed stories to Product Owners and stakeholders.
• • Developing and delivering comprehensive training to stakeholders on newly implemented functionalities.
• • Documenting existing business processes and any changes or improvements implemented.
• • Maintaining and updating requirements documentation to reflect the current state of the project.
• • Creating and updating user manuals to provide clear guidance for end-users.
• • You will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, driving change management initiatives, and providing essential training support.
