• As a Business Analyst specializing in Financial Systems & API Integrations, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex business needs and sophisticated technological solutions within the financial services sector.
• Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously gather, analyze, and document both functional and technical requirements. This crucial task will be performed in close collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including technology teams, various business units, and our esteemed clients, with a particular emphasis on requirements pertaining to API integrations and financial system functionalities.
• You will be instrumental in translating these requirements into comprehensive functional specifications. This includes creating detailed requirement documentation, defining system integration points, and mapping out intricate operational flows to ensure seamless data exchange and process execution.
• Throughout the development lifecycle, you will provide essential support to our development teams. This involves clarifying requirements, refining specifications based on evolving project needs, and ensuring that the technical implementation accurately reflects the business objectives.
• A significant aspect of your role will involve designing and executing robust test scripts and validation evidence. This testing will encompass a wide range of scenarios, including functional testing to verify feature correctness, technical testing to ensure system integrity, volume testing to assess scalability, and performance testing to guarantee optimal system responsiveness under load.
• You will be tasked with ensuring the effective interoperability of our systems. This includes seamless integration with critical trading platforms, essential back-office systems, and adherence to stringent regulatory and compliance frameworks that govern the financial industry.
• Proactive management and prioritization of project and incident backlogs will be key. You will ensure that tasks are efficiently organized, deadlines are met, and critical incidents are resolved in a timely manner, maintaining the operational stability and efficiency of the systems.
• Furthermore, you will provide vital operational support, leveraging your analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues that may arise with implemented systems, ensuring continuous service delivery and client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the financial services sector, particularly across custody, funds, assets, and liabilities.
• Hands-on experience with system development, especially API-based solutions.
• Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing queries using Oracle and SQL Server.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Economics, Financial Markets, or a related functional field.
• Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) — mandatory.
• Experience with financial custody platforms such as TOTVS, YMF, Dimensa, or Megara (Nice-to-have).
• Advanced knowledge of systems analysis and documentation methodologies, including UML and BPMN (Nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with software factory concepts and financial integration standards such as FIX and SWIFT (Nice-to-have).
• CPA-20 or CEA certification (Nice-to-have).
