- • As a Business Analyst II focused on Integration Quality and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) at Centene Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring that new healthcare systems and processes meet business needs and deliver value to 28 million members. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to transform community health by validating that technology implementations are accurate, reliable, and user-ready before deployment.
- • Day to day, you will lead UAT execution, manage defect tracking and readiness reporting, analyze business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and coordinate testing efforts across business units. You will also support data analysis, interface validation, and integration testing while applying best practices in business analysis and project management to enhance operational performance.
- • You will join a diverse, national organization committed to innovation in healthcare, where remote collaboration is standard and your contributions directly impact member care and system reliability. The team values proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and cross-functional alignment to drive successful technology adoption.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare business analysis, UAT lifecycle management, and integration testing while gaining hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or ServiceNow. You’ll have the opportunity to influence process improvements, strengthen your facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and grow into a trusted advisor on system readiness and quality assurance within Utilization Management and related domains.
