- • Lead senior-level strategic initiatives by bridging business needs with technology solutions to address complex organizational challenges
- • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to align business goals with strategic initiatives and ensure requirement traceability
- • Review and validate project artifacts including business cases, contracts, and architectural diagrams to ensure alignment with business objectives and corporate standards
- • Identify, sequence, create, and maintain Epics throughout their lifecycle, ensuring end-to-end traceability and alignment with strategic business outcomes
- • Coordinate cross-functionally across teams and business units to manage updates for Epics and Features, facilitating smooth transitions during refinement and delivery phases
- • Lead complex requirements elicitation efforts using advanced facilitation and modeling techniques to capture accurate, actionable business needs
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive requirements documentation that adheres to corporate standards and supports auditability and compliance
- • Provide input on project status reports, escalate critical risks or issues to Program/Project Managers and Product Owners, and assist in resolving escalated items
- • Contribute to change requests, incremental funding decisions, and strategic estimates, including providing Business Analyst-specific cost and effort projections
- • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple high-impact Epics and Features, managing resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery
- • Champion process improvement and innovation initiatives by applying industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
- • Mentor and provide leadership to junior Business Analysts and project teams, fostering knowledge sharing, professional growth, and a culture of continuous improvement
- • Collaborate with executive leadership, IT, product management, and other departments to ensure cohesive execution of organizational strategy and alignment of requirements
- • Analyze dashboard metrics and performance data to identify process inefficiencies, correct data inaccuracies, and optimize business workflows
- • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure requirements throughput and delivery effectiveness, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement
- • Prepare and present detailed strategic reports, findings, and progress updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders upon request
- • Operate within hybrid/agile development frameworks and apply deep understanding of the IT development lifecycle and project management methodologies
- • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio) and business requirements management platforms such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, ServiceNow, or Modern Requirements
- • Demonstrate exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills with close attention to detail
- • Manage multiple priorities with strong time management, flexibility, and ability to adapt during organizational or business changes
- • Maintain a customer service-oriented mindset while leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required
- • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in requirements management
- • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, JIRA, Modern Requirements, or equivalent business requirements management tools
- • Experience working within hybrid/agile development frameworks and understanding of IT development lifecycle
- • Demonstrated mastery of business analysis principles, elicitation techniques, and requirements documentation standards
- • IIBA, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications preferred
