- • Lead a team of business analysts while contributing to the design of innovative solutions for enterprise clients in a strategic transformation initiative at TELUS Health.
- • Translate business requirements into detailed specifications, design software solutions aligned with technical roadmaps, and collaborate with development teams to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- • Provide technical leadership during incidents, support delivery teams, and ensure quality deliverables through close coordination with developers and QA.
- • Mentor and develop business analysts, stabilize teams in transition, foster collaboration and excellence, and navigate matrix structures to drive collective success.

🎯 Requirements
- • Degree in computer science, business analysis, administration, actuarial mathematics, or a related relevant field
- • 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or equivalent expertise in managing complex systems
- • 5+ years of experience in team management, facilitation, or mentoring, ideally of analysts or similar roles
- • Experience with CRM solutions, pension/benefits systems, or other complex enterprise systems
- • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written
- • Agile mindset and knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies
