- • You will play a pivotal role in investigating and identifying strategies to optimize business operations and services. This involves a deep dive into current processes, understanding their effectiveness, and proposing innovative solutions for enhancement.
- • A key responsibility will be defining business requirements to inform technology build and operations. This requires a meticulous approach to sourcing and analyzing relevant data, thoroughly reviewing and documenting existing business processes, and fostering strong collaborative relationships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- • You will actively source business and market data to evaluate the potential and actual effect of projects on business results, providing quantitative insights to support decision-making.
- • Furthermore, you will assess the efficiency and performance of technology (software, hardware, and the wider IT system) to ensure it effectively delivers expected business outcomes, identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- • A crucial aspect of the role involves identifying and analyzing malfunctions, system workflow issues, and troubleshooting problems raised by business users, acting as a key liaison between technical teams and business units.
