- • The Business Architect Lead Consultant at Allstate will own a focused portfolio within Claims, driving deep analysis of current-state processes and designing scalable, future-state solutions that leverage AI, automation, and human intervention to improve customer and employee engagement. This role is critical in transforming how Allstate delivers protection services by aligning business needs with technological capabilities to create more efficient, clear, and consistent experiences.
- • Day to day, the incumbent will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and pain points, lead process deep dives and redesign efforts within a specific vertical, partner with technology teams to scope and build solutions, facilitate cross-functional discussions to align teams, evaluate opportunities for AI, automation, and process improvement, and communicate business requirements clearly to technical partners through compelling storytelling and structured documentation.
- • As part of Allstate’s broader Business Architecture team, this role operates in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to advance customer and employee engagement platforms such as Freya, Communication Manager, MyClaim, and Hi Marley, while supporting the development of agentic AI capabilities within ALLIE.
- • The person in this role will develop expertise in business architecture, process optimization, and AI-enabled transformation, gaining the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, visualize complex systems, and drive meaningful change in a Fortune 500 company committed to innovation in protection and service delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of experience in business architecture, process design, consulting, or operations
- • Experience working cross-functionally with both business and technology teams
- • Strong background in process analysis, redesign, and optimization
- • Ability to translate complex business needs into structured, actionable requirements
- • Experience working within transformation or change initiatives
- • Familiarity with Allstate technical architecture and the OBD model is a plus
