đź“‹ Description
- • Trexo Robotics is at the forefront of revolutionizing mobility for individuals with movement disorders, particularly children with conditions like Cerebral Palsy. Our innovative powered wearable robots empower these children to walk, often for the very first time, bringing unprecedented independence and joy to hundreds of families and leading hospitals across North America. As we continue to expand our reach and develop solutions for all, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Automation Specialist to join our dynamic Business Operations team.
- • This is a unique opportunity for a junior to mid-level candidate to play a pivotal role in shaping our digital infrastructure and optimizing our internal processes. You will be the primary architect of our digital tools ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation of key platforms such as Salesforce, Zapier, Airtable, and Miro. Your work will be instrumental in supporting our rapid growth and ensuring the company runs smoothly as we scale.
- • As the Business Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining sophisticated automation solutions. A core focus of your role will be to transform Salesforce into a powerful engine for tracking everything from lead generation and customer acquisition to the performance and impact of our groundbreaking robots. You will ensure that our data is accurate, accessible, and actionable, providing critical insights to drive business decisions.
- • Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing complex flows, validation rules, and custom objects within Salesforce to streamline and optimize our sales and fulfillment pipelines. This involves understanding the intricacies of our customer journey and translating those needs into robust, scalable Salesforce configurations.
- • You will leverage no-code and low-code integration tools like Zapier to create seamless connections between Salesforce and other essential platforms, including Airtable, email marketing tools, and our internal databases. This will ensure data consistency and reduce manual data entry across the organization.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve creating clear and comprehensive process maps and data diagrams using tools such as Miro. These visualizations will be crucial for identifying inefficiencies, pinpointing gaps in our current workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- • For more advanced automation needs that extend beyond standard out-of-the-box features, you will write custom JavaScript or Python scripts. These scripts will automate high-level workflows within Airtable and Salesforce, enabling us to tackle complex operational challenges and unlock new levels of efficiency.
- • You will be tasked with building and maintaining advanced dashboards and reports within Salesforce and other relevant tools. These will provide real-time visibility into the health of the business, enabling stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make informed decisions.
- • Developing specific metrics within Salesforce will be crucial for tracking vital aspects of our business, such as customer satisfaction, sales velocity, and team performance. This data-driven approach will allow us to measure success and identify areas for enhancement.
- • You will build sophisticated logic within our systems to proactively identify "at-risk" clients and detect churn patterns. This will empower our teams to intervene effectively before customer engagement is lost, thereby improving retention and customer loyalty.
- • A significant part of your role will involve managing the technical aspects of our clinical studies. This includes ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within our CRM for all involved stakeholders, which is critical for research and product development.
- • You will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our existing automation scripts, promptly identifying and fixing any bugs that may arise to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- • Collaboration will be key. You will work closely with various departments across the company to understand their operational challenges, identify bottlenecks, and design and implement effective automation solutions to address them.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and updating comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to ensure that all team members can effectively utilize the new tools and automations you implement. This knowledge transfer is vital for long-term success and adoption.
- • This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work from our Mississauga office three days a week, offering a balance between collaborative in-office work and remote flexibility.
- • At Trexo Robotics, we foster a culture of optimism, low ego, and exceptional talent, united by a passion for solving complex problems and making a tangible difference in the lives of others. If you are a systems thinker who thrives on simplifying processes through automation and is eager to contribute to a mission-driven company, we encourage you to apply.
