• • The Business Consultant at MeridianLink, Inc. is responsible for delivering consulting services to clients by assessing current-state processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and providing practical, best-practice recommendations to improve efficiency and maximize the value of MeridianLink solutions.
• • Day to day, the consultant leads consulting engagements as the primary point of contact, conducts discovery sessions and interviews, assesses workflows for improvement opportunities, documents findings and recommendations, develops and maintains project plans and timelines, facilitates client meetings, manages engagement timelines and communicates status, risks, and next steps, collaborates with Program Managers and cross-functional teams, applies MeridianLink standards and methodologies consistently, and supports continuous improvement by sharing insights from client engagements.
