- • The Business/Technical Consultant plays a key role in providing implementation, consulting, and technical expertise to clients during the deployment and integration of software solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- • Day to day, the person will engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, conduct discovery sessions and workshops, translate requirements into implementation plans, configure and customize software solutions, test and validate configurations, lead or support implementation and deployment, provide technical guidance during go-live and UAT, deliver product training, create training materials, facilitate knowledge transfer, build strong client relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitor client satisfaction, collaborate with internal teams, and provide feedback on product enhancements.
