- • As a Business Continuity Manager at Deel, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational resilience by transforming high-pressure client escalations into structured, trackable projects that drive swift and complete resolutions, directly supporting Deel’s mission to enable seamless global work for millions.
- • You will own the end-to-end management of standard client escalations, transitioning ad-hoc issues into formal projects within Workbench and Jira, defining success criteria, tracking SLA adherence, and leading cross-functional accountability through structured meetings and transparent communication.
- • You will proactively identify and flag risks that threaten timely resolution, maintain full visibility by distributing daily TL;DR updates to stakeholders, and conduct thorough Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) post-resolution to drive preventative, actionable process improvements.
- • You will collaborate across Global Payroll, Compliance, Integrations, and Fintech teams, using your exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence peers without direct authority, ensuring alignment and timely issue resolution under pressure.
- • You will manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, building expertise in global operations and incident management while contributing to Deel’s reputation for reliability and customer trust.
- • You will join a globally distributed team of over 7,000 across 100+ countries, working within a culture of continuous learning and innovation that powers Deel’s recognition as a CNBC Disruptor 50, Forbes Cloud 100, and Deloitte Fast 500 company.
- • You will gain hands-on experience in scaling operational excellence within a $17.3B-valued SaaS leader with $1B ARR, positioning yourself as a trusted expert in global business continuity and operational resilience.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in project management or incident/escalation management
- • Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously under pressure
- • Solid understanding of operational issues related to Global Payroll, Compliance, Integrations, and Fintech
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional peers without direct authority
