• In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting the collection and organization of critical information essential for the preparation of a wide array of vital documents. This includes, but is not limited to, user manuals, comprehensive training materials, detailed installation guides, compelling proposals, and insightful reports. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure the accuracy and clarity of all documentation produced.
• You will be tasked with editing functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, and other customer-facing deliverables. This involves translating complex technical information into easily understandable language, ensuring that all documentation meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Your contributions will directly impact client understanding and project success.
• Beyond documentation, the Business Data Analyst will provide essential support in performing crucial financial and administrative tasks. This multifaceted aspect of the role requires a proactive approach to managing and organizing information, contributing to the smooth operational flow of projects and the company.
• Working under general supervision, you will be responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation. This includes developing and refining documentation procedures and methods to ensure efficiency and consistency across all projects. Your efforts will help establish and maintain best practices within the organization.
• A key responsibility will be to maintain a current and organized internal documentation library. This involves cataloging, updating, and ensuring the accessibility of all internal documents, making them readily available to relevant team members. You will also be expected to provide or coordinate special documentation services as required, adapting to the unique needs of various projects and departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) years of relevant experience in a business analysis or data analysis role.
• Proven experience with MS Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Project Management tools, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to collect, organize, and present information effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess an Active Secret Clearance.
