  • • Drive outbound business development and partnership acquisition for a company that embeds senior AI-native engineers into founding teams to accelerate the shipping of LLM, RAG, and multi-agent systems.
  • • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels, focusing on startup founders, operators, and innovation teams.
  • • Build and nurture trusted relationships with decision-makers in early-stage startups, understanding their funding cycles, growth challenges, and technical priorities.
  • • Conduct strategic, client-facing conversations independently to articulate how FutureProofing’s technical embedding model solves urgent product development bottlenecks.
  • • Qualify leads by identifying founders and investors who value speed, ownership, and technical execution over traditional consulting or staffing models.
  • • Manage consistent follow-ups and pipeline progression, ensuring no opportunity is lost due to lack of momentum or communication.
  • • Coordinate and support early-stage client conversations, acting as the first point of contact between FutureProofing and potential partners.
  • • Expand FutureProofing’s network by identifying and engaging with high-potential startup ecosystems across LATAM and the US.
  • • Contribute to the growth of AI-native startup initiatives by aligning outreach efforts with the company’s mission to enable rapid, high-trust technical delivery.
  • • Operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where initiative, adaptability, and self-direction are required to succeed.
  • • Translate founder pain points into clear value propositions based on deep understanding of startup fundraising, evaluation metrics, and technical execution timelines.
  • • Maintain high organizational standards to manage multiple concurrent outreach campaigns, conversations, and partnership pipelines.
  • • Communicate persuasively and authentically without sounding transactional, earning credibility through curiosity, clarity, and commercial insight.
  • • Work remotely with a fully distributed team, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate across time zones.
  • • Embrace ambiguity and thrive in environments where processes are evolving and success is defined by initiative, not rigid playbooks.
  • • Represent FutureProofing as a trusted, energetic, and highly responsive partner to founders who need technical teams to move at startup speed.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, partnerships, recruiting, business development, client acquisition, or account management
  • • Experience operating in startup or fast-paced environments
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • • Experience handling client-facing conversations independently
  • • Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship-building
  • • Familiarity with how startups raise, grow, and get evaluated; understand what founders and investors care about
