  • • Business Developer Lead role focused on launching and scaling Voodoo’s internal ad network (ADN) as the first dedicated hire, taking full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and shaping go-to-market strategy in a high-autonomy, 0-to-1 environment.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying high-value advertiser and publisher partners, designing multi-channel outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn), collaborating with Product, Legal, Ops, and Account Management teams to deliver tailored proposals, and representing ADN at global industry events to build senior-level relationships.
  • • The role sits within Voodoo’s Growth team, a transversal unit of over 150 experts focused on user acquisition, creative content, monetization, and tech capabilities to turn mobile products into global hits, supporting the company’s mission to entertain the world through mobile games and apps with 7 billion downloads and 200M+ active users.
  • • The individual will build industry presence, refine value propositions with GTM and Product leadership, maintain a high-integrity client database using Tableau, and use data-driven insights to inform product development and market needs, directly contributing to scaling Voodoo’s next major venture.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in tech sales within AdTech, Programmatic, or Mobile Advertising
  • • Proven track record of operating in ambiguous, fast-paced 0-to-1 environments with the ability to build processes from scratch
  • • Comfort navigating complex technical sales and communicating effectively with both performance marketing managers and C-level executives
  • • Ability to translate complex ad-tech infrastructure into clear, business-friendly value propositions
  • • Proficiency in using data tools like Tableau and Excel to support pitches and inform territory strategy
  • • Willingness to travel to key industry hubs and conferences as the face of the network
