📋 Description

• As a Business Developer - Private Markets FX Sales at Ebury, you will drive new business opportunities by connecting with decision-makers in the Institutional/Private Markets space, researching prospects, understanding their needs, and tailoring your approach to introduce them to international payment and FX solutions.
• Day to day, you will present, negotiate, and close deals that directly impact your earnings and career progression, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and leveraging cutting-edge financial technology to support global trade.
• Ebury is a fast-growing global FinTech with over 1,800 employees across nearly 70 cities, dedicated to helping businesses operate and scale globally through integrated solutions in business accounts, hedging, and financing, built on a proprietary platform designed for seamless global cash flow management.
• In this role, you will gain expert training through the Ebury Business Developer Academy, receive dedicated mentorship from experienced leaders, develop deep FX and global payments expertise, and follow a clear accelerated career path with typical promotion to sales management within the first 12 months, positioning you for future leadership or specialist roles.

• Fluency in German and English
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated recent graduate or equivalent
