  • • WeMoms, a Voodoo SAS company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our growing team in Paris. As a key player in the mobile gaming and app industry, Voodoo has achieved remarkable success with over 7 billion downloads and 200 million active users globally. WeMoms, specifically, is dedicated to supporting mothers through their journey, offering a comprehensive platform that has already reached over 65% of families in France with children aged 0-10. Our ambition is to become the ultimate destination for mothers worldwide, and we are leveraging Voodoo's extensive resources and global reach to accelerate our expansion.
  • • This role is pivotal in driving advertising revenue by forging strong partnerships with agencies and brands. You will be instrumental in designing and executing our outbound acquisition strategy, focusing on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. Your primary mission is to open doors, build a robust sales pipeline, and generate high-quality meetings for our Sales Managers and Account Executives. This is a high-impact position with significant ownership, centered around proactive outbound sales efforts.
  • • As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting strategic accounts. This involves sourcing and prioritizing brands and agencies with high potential for partnership. You will meticulously map key decision-makers within these organizations, such as Brand Directors, Media Managers, and Digital Leads, to tailor your outreach effectively. Developing and executing account-based outbound strategies will be crucial to penetrate these target accounts and establish meaningful connections.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve driving outbound prospecting through multi-channel campaigns. You will leverage cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and social selling techniques to connect with potential clients. The ability to build creative and personalized outreach strategies is essential to stand out in a competitive market. Your efforts will directly contribute to generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities, requiring consistent and disciplined follow-up to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • • You will also play a critical role in qualifying and structuring opportunities. This requires a deep understanding of client business objectives and marketing challenges to identify how WeMoms can provide value. You will need to ascertain budget availability, understand the decision-making process, and identify the timeline for potential partnerships. Ensuring high-quality qualification before handing over leads to the Sales Managers is paramount to maximizing conversion rates and ensuring efficient use of the sales team's time. Close collaboration with Account Executives will be necessary to optimize the conversion of qualified opportunities into successful deals.
  • • Pipeline and performance management are integral to this role. You will own your pipeline and be accountable for achieving your prospecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Maintaining rigorous CRM updates and reporting is essential for tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement. Continuous refinement of scripts, sequences, and messaging will be necessary to enhance outreach effectiveness. Furthermore, you will contribute to the ongoing refinement of our outbound processes and best practices, helping to shape the future of our sales development efforts.
