📋 Description

• • Own the top-of-funnel for Immutable’s Korea expansion: you will map, research, and prioritise every major Web2 and Web3 game studio, publisher, and IP holder in Korea, turning a long list into a short, high-impact pipeline for our senior BD leaders.
• • Run rigorous market intelligence: track player behaviour, token-economics trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor moves across Korea and the broader APAC region. Distill findings into concise, data-backed briefs that directly influence product roadmap and GTM strategy.
• • Execute end-to-end prospecting campaigns: craft personalised outreach sequences in Korean and English, coordinate demo days, manage follow-ups, and keep CRM data pristine so no opportunity slips through the cracks.
• • Support due-diligence for every deal: build financial models, token-valuation scenarios, and market-size estimates that allow leadership to green-light partnerships with confidence.
• • Act as the voice of Korea inside Immutable: join weekly cross-functional calls with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure Korean market realities are baked into global decisions—from feature prioritisation to token-launch compliance.
• • Build and nurture a local network: attend Seoul Blockchain Week, G-Star, Korea Blockchain Week, and smaller meet-ups to surface hidden gems and strengthen Immutable’s brand among Korean developers.
• • Create compelling pitch materials: collaborate with Design and Product Marketing to localise pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies that resonate with Korean gaming culture and business etiquette.
• • Iterate fast: test new outbound channels (Kakao, Discord, Telegram, Naver Cafes), measure open/response rates, and double-down on what works—expect weekly KPI reviews and a culture of rapid experimentation.
• • Scale yourself: within 12 months you will have built repeatable playbooks, trained junior analysts, and potentially stepped into a quota-carrying BD Manager role as the Korean office grows.
• • Champion diversity and inclusion: ensure our partner pipeline reflects the broad spectrum of Korean gamers and creators, and feed insights back to HQ to keep Immutable’s culture globally consistent yet locally relevant.
