- • Be the engine behind Coda’s global expansion. As a Sales Development Representative Intern you will sit at the heart of our Kuala Lumpur hub and fuel the pipeline that powers Coda’s B2B growth across 23 offices and 57 nationalities. Every qualified lead you uncover has the potential to become a multi-market partnership that processes millions in digital payments.
- • Own the top of the funnel. You will conduct deep-dive research on publishers, game studios, streaming platforms, telcos and e-commerce brands in North America, Europe, MENA and APAC. Using firmographics, technographics and market signals, you will build laser-focused target lists and segment them by use-case, revenue potential and urgency.
- • Execute high-impact outbound campaigns. Draft personalised emails, LinkedIn sequences and cold-call scripts that translate Coda’s complex fintech stack—Codapay, Custom Commerce, Giftcloud and global prepaid distribution—into clear value propositions. Expect to send 40–50 tailored touchpoints per day and book 5–7 discovery calls per week.
- • Become a CRM power user. Log every interaction in Salesforce or HubSpot, tag leads with the right industry, product interest and buying stage, and build real-time dashboards that show conversion rates, reply rates and pipeline velocity. Your data hygiene will directly influence revenue forecasts presented to the C-suite.
- • Collaborate across borders. Join weekly stand-ups with Sales Directors in Amsterdam, Product Managers in Singapore and Marketing Ops in Dubai to align on messaging, competitive intel and campaign performance. Present your findings in concise slide decks that influence quarterly territory plans.
- • Learn the art and science of B2B SaaS sales. Sit in on live discovery calls, negotiate next steps, and debrief with Account Executives to understand pricing, objection handling and legal redlines. By the end of the internship you will have shadowed at least 20 full sales cycles.
- • Contribute to strategic projects. Whether it is launching an ABM pilot for tier-1 gaming studios or mapping the prepaid gift-card landscape in LATAM, you will own a discrete work-stream that ends with a board-ready recommendation and a tangible impact on pipeline coverage.
- • Grow at lightning speed. Receive weekly 1:1 coaching from the Head of Outbound Sales, complete micro-certifications in MEDDICC, Challenger Sales and Revenue Operations, and graduate with a portfolio of real-world wins that will differentiate you in any future tech-sales role.
