• • Business Development and Operations Associate at Bastion Technologies Inc., a fintech startup enabling regulated stablecoin issuance and financial infrastructure for enterprises. The role bridges business development and deal operations, focusing on qualifying prospects, supporting sales cycles, and ensuring deals progress from contract to live production.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include immersing in Bastion’s platform (custody, issuance, on/off ramps, conversions), shadowing and gradually leading sales calls, managing CRM data in HubSpot, coordinating cross-functional efforts with Product, Engineering, and Compliance, and turning prospect insights into actionable sales knowledge.
• • Bastion is a New York City-based startup serving fintech operators, payment companies, neobanks, exchanges, and financial services leaders needing compliant stablecoin solutions. The company operates with a high-output, small commercial pod where ownership and learning are accelerated.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in financial infrastructure, gain end-to-end sales cycle experience, learn to run qualifying calls independently, and become a trusted voice in deal qualification and pipeline integrity — positioning you for growth in fintech sales, operations, or product strategy.
