📋 Description

• • The Business Development Associate will identify, engage, and acquire new supplier partners in the spirits industry, supporting a modern distribution platform that helps emerging brands enter and grow in the California market.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry networks; researching emerging spirits brands and distilleries; qualifying leads; presenting the company’s distribution model to brand founders; converting prospects into signed partners; and ensuring a smooth handoff to the Client Success team for onboarding.
• • The company is an early-stage, fast-growing player building a distribution platform for independent spirits brands in California, partnering with distillers and brand owners to provide logistics, sales, and distribution support across the state.
• • In this role, the associate will gain deep exposure to the beverage alcohol industry, develop expertise in partnership development and distribution systems, work directly with leadership, and build a foundation for growth into leadership positions within a high-potential startup environment.
