- • As a Business Development Associate at Tinuiti, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our sales team, acting as the operational backbone for high-stakes client pitches. - • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire lifecycle of sales pitches, from initial planning to post-presentation follow-up. This involves meticulously maintaining the pitch calendar, establishing and enforcing internal deadlines for all involved stakeholders, and coordinating the timely delivery of essential inputs from various departments, including legal, technical, and creative teams. Your organizational prowess will ensure that senior sales closers can dedicate their full attention to strategic client engagement, confident that the logistical and administrative aspects are expertly handled.
- • You will serve as the critical liaison between the sales team and the design department. This involves translating the strategic objectives of the pitch into clear briefs for designers, ensuring that all presentation materials are not only visually stunning and on-brand but also precisely tailored to resonate with the specific needs and interests of each prospective client. Your role in creative coordination will guarantee that our proposals are persuasive, professional, and impactful.
- • A significant part of your role will be managing the "pitch theater" and overall client experience. This encompasses the setup and management of virtual presentation environments, the coordination of any physical leave-behinds or collateral, the seamless integration of technology demonstrations, and ensuring that the entire presentation "experience" is polished and professional. Your attention to detail will be paramount in creating a memorable and positive impression on potential clients.
- • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive library of essential sales assets. This includes curating a collection of successful case studies, standardized slide templates, and expertly crafted RFP responses. By centralizing these resources, you will empower the sales team to efficiently access and leverage proven materials, eliminating the need to "reinvent the wheel" for each new opportunity and ensuring consistency in our messaging and quality.
- • In addition to these core responsibilities, you will provide essential administrative support to the sales team. This includes accurate data entry into our CRM system, conducting thorough prospect research to inform sales strategies, and coordinating post-pitch follow-up activities to maintain momentum and nurture client relationships.
- • This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be comfortable "managing up" to senior leadership, ensuring accountability and timely contributions from all parties involved in the pitch process.
