• • The Business Development Associate supports Anders CPA Advisors’ Strategic Growth Department by engaging Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and nurturing them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for handoff to Business Development Executives and practice leaders, directly impacting the firm’s mission to serve as a catalyst for client growth.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries, conducting structured outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, assessing lead fit using qualification criteria, maintaining accurate CRM pipelines, coordinating discovery calls, supporting proposal development, conducting targeted outbound prospecting, researching target companies, executing multi-touch outreach sequences, monitoring engagement metrics, and building early-stage client relationships until handoff.
