• • As a Virtual Business Sales Representative at Comcast Corporation, you will drive revenue by selling connectivity, communications, networking, cybersecurity, wireless, and managed solutions to small-to-medium business customers through inbound telesales.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales quotas by generating sales from inbound calls, following up with prospects, maintaining accurate CRM records, managing customer relationships from initial contact to resolution, delivering best-in-class customer experiences, and staying current on product knowledge and competitive offerings.
