- • As a Virtual Business Sales Representative at Comcast Corporation, you will drive revenue by selling connectivity, communications, networking, cybersecurity, wireless, and managed solutions to small-to-medium business customers through inbound telesales.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales quotas by generating sales from inbound calls, following up with prospects, maintaining accurate CRM records, managing customer relationships from initial contact to resolution, delivering best-in-class customer experiences, and staying current on product knowledge and competitive offerings.
- • You will join a dynamic sales team within Comcast Business, a recognized leader and innovator in providing technology solutions to businesses of all sizes, backed by the nation’s largest Gig-speed broadband network and 24/7 customer support.
- • In this role, you will develop strong sales, communication, and customer relationship management skills, gain deep expertise in business telecommunications and technology solutions, and have the opportunity to earn significant upside through performance-based commissions while contributing to team goals and customer satisfaction.
