- • Ideals Virtual Data Room (VDR) is a secure document sharing and collaboration platform for due diligence, fundraising, corporate reporting, licensing, clinical trials, and other complex transactions.
- • The role of Business Development Associate (BDA) is to support the rapid expansion of the Ideals VDR line of business in Japan, proactively prospecting outbound opportunities, acquiring new customers, and overseeing a pipeline of opportunities.
- • As a front-line, quota-carrying team member, you will engage directly with C-suite and key account decision-makers across Finance, Banking, and other sectors, contributing to our growth in the Japanese market and working closely with our Country Director, Japan.
- • The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2+ years of experience in a full 360 closing role, within the B2B or professional services sector, and a track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals.
- • The candidate will also have outstanding business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery, and native-level proficiency in Japanese with Business English.

- • At least 1-2+ years of experience in a full 360 closing role, within the B2B or professional services sector

- • Native-level proficiency in Japanese with Business English
