- • Business Development Associate role focused on driving revenue growth for Ideals VDR in Mexico by acquiring new customers and managing sales pipelines
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting outbound opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders in Finance and Banking sectors, delivering product presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with Customer Success and Inside Sales teams

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-2 years of experience in a full 360 closing role within B2B or professional services sector
- • Experience in high-velocity sales environments and ability to engage with decision-makers
- • Track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals
- • Exceptional business communication skills for structuring persuasive pitches and client discovery
- • Fluency in English (B2 minimum) and Spanish
