  • • As a Business Development Associate (Partnerships), you will play a pivotal role within the growth marketing team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Business Development, you will assume complete ownership of the Partnerships channel, which is a critical driver for offline customer acquisition. This position is ideal for an individual who is proactive, driven, and thrives in a relationship-centric environment. You will have the opportunity to engage with exciting brands across the United States, manage partnerships from inception to completion, and contribute to the scaling of other offline marketing initiatives as the company continues its rapid expansion.
  • • Your primary responsibilities will encompass the entire lifecycle of partnership management. This includes identifying potential partners whose brand aligns with our mission and target audience, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and ultimately securing new customer acquisition partnerships. You will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with these partners, serving as their main point of contact and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • • A significant aspect of the role involves conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, untapped opportunities, and potential new partnership avenues that align with the company's overarching growth objectives. You will be instrumental in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of each partnership, diligently tracking results, analyzing campaign outcomes, and implementing optimizations to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • • Beyond direct partnership management, you will also support the broader scaling efforts of multiple offline marketing channels. This support will involve generating comprehensive reports, coordinating with external agencies, and managing logistical aspects to ensure smooth campaign execution. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, including CRM, Operations, and the wider Company Group, to ensure that partnership activities are effectively integrated into the overall marketing strategy, creating a cohesive and impactful customer acquisition approach.
