Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, you will be instrumental in driving revenue and growth across our diverse portfolio, with a primary emphasis on optimizing our Performance Marketing strategies.
  • • In this exciting position, you will actively support the Director of Business Development in achieving ambitious revenue and growth targets. Your day-to-day will involve a proactive approach to identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, ensuring Forbes Advisor remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • • A key responsibility will be prospecting and conducting outreach to potential new partners. This involves researching target companies, crafting compelling outreach messages, and engaging with key decision-makers to establish initial connections and explore mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • • Beyond securing new partnerships, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and growing our existing partner relationships. This means understanding their evolving needs, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring they receive exceptional support to maximize their success with Forbes Advisor.
  • • You will serve as the primary point of contact for all onboarding, legal, and setup requirements for new and existing partners. This necessitates meticulous attention to detail, clear communication with all stakeholders, and efficient coordination to ensure a seamless and timely integration process.
  • • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop bespoke media plans and persuasive proposals tailored to the unique needs and objectives of our clients and partners. This involves understanding their marketing goals and translating them into actionable, data-driven strategies.
  • • Manage the critical process of collecting creative assets, tracking mechanisms, and ad verification details from clients and agency contacts. Ensuring all necessary components are received accurately and on time is vital for successful campaign execution.
  • • Oversee the entire order creation and management lifecycle, ensuring all details are accurately captured and that campaigns comply with internal requirements and partner agreements.
  • • Process insertion orders with precision and diligence, guaranteeing adherence to all specified requirements and contractual obligations. This role demands a high level of accuracy and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
  • • Coordinate effectively with various internal teams, including marketing, legal, finance, and operations, to project manage all elements required for seamless campaign execution. Your ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration will be key to delivering successful campaigns.
  • • Partner closely with internal teams to manage and reconcile billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions related to partner campaigns.
  • • Assist the sales team in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for upselling and renewing existing business. This involves understanding partner performance, identifying areas for growth, and proactively engaging them to extend and enhance our partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing or Business Development, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the SMB vertical.
  • • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage stress effectively and juggle multiple account challenges concurrently, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
  • • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for reporting, analysis, and presentation purposes.
