  • • Own and exceed revenue targets for a portfolio of key media agencies in Mumbai, acting as the single-point ambassador for JioStar’s Entertainment Business across TV and Digital platforms.
  • • Craft and execute a 12–18-month strategic business plan for each assigned agency, positioning JioStar as the non-negotiable, premium partner for both brand-building and performance campaigns.
  • • Live and breathe the evolving digital and TV ecosystem—track daily industry analytics, platform innovations, and competitor moves—then translate insights into compelling, data-driven pitches that win RFPs and renewals.
  • • Build and maintain a robust, always-on sales pipeline: forecast accurately, flag risks early, and proactively unblock bottlenecks to keep deals moving through internal pricing, legal, and operations workflows.
  • • Evangelize JioStar’s 750-million weekly reach story in every room—whether it’s a 15-minute coffee with a planner or a board-level QBR—using sharp narratives, bespoke decks, and real-time performance dashboards.
  • • Run end-to-end stakeholder management with minimal supervision: from initial brief and audience mapping to final post-campaign analysis, ensuring every rupee spent delivers measurable ROI and repeat business.
  • • Collaborate daily with internal Sales Strategy, Client Solutions, Ad-Ops, and Revenue Analytics teams to co-create integrated packages that span marquee TV properties, OTT originals, branded content, and sponsorship assets.
  • • Negotiate annual volume commitments, pricing grids, and value-added inventory with procurement heads and investment leads, balancing margin goals with long-term partnership health.
  • • Champion JioStar’s inclusive culture externally—actively promote gender-balanced, PWD-friendly, and regionally diverse campaigns that mirror the audiences we serve.
  • • Contribute to the collective knowledge of the Agency Sales pod by leading fortnightly share-outs on new tools, case studies, and emerging ad formats, raising the bar for consultative selling across the team.
