📋 Description

  • Own the top of the sales funnel by executing multichannel outbound sequences targeting technical buyers at OEMs across the DACH region using email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
  • Build and manage targeted lead lists using tools including Apollo, Clay, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and prioritize prospects
  • Conduct cold call sequences to qualify prospects based on ICP fit and determine readiness for handoff to Account Executives
  • Deliver warm, well-documented opportunities to Account Executives with clear context, notes, and insights to enable seamless transitions
  • Track and analyze personal sales metrics to optimize outreach performance and inform team strategy
  • Bring frontline market intelligence and customer feedback directly to sales and marketing leadership to shape messaging and positioning
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product Managers, and Revenue Operations to align outreach with product roadmap and customer needs
  • Work within a hybrid model based in either Berlin or Munich, engaging with an international, high-performance sales team
  • Contribute to a culture that values psychological safety, impact-driven work, and personal growth in a well-funded B2B SaaS scaleup
  • Engage with key stakeholders including VP Global Sales, pioneer Account Executives, founders, and Revenue Operations to understand customer pain points and product capabilities
  • Participate in events and outreach initiatives designed to generate pipeline and establish Luminovo as a trusted partner in the electronics supply chain
  • Maintain a relentless focus on outbound activity, embracing rejection as part of the process and using it to refine approach and messaging
  • Grow within the organization with a clear path to transition into an Account Executive role based on performance and demonstrated capability
  • Leverage genuine curiosity or experience in electronics, manufacturing, or hardware to better connect with technical buyers and understand their challenges
  • Operate in a remote-first company with team members across Munich, Berlin, New York, Austin, Calgary, London, Valencia, Nairobi, and Verona
  • Contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on accelerating technological progress through a more connected and resilient electronics supply chain
  • Work with over 300 active global customers who rely on Luminovo’s platform to streamline their electronics supply chain operations
  • Be part of a team supported by leading investors including Cherry Ventures, General Catalyst/LaFamiglia, and Chalfen Ventures

🎯 Requirements

  • BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS or strong hunger to break into the role
  • Fluent in German and English to effectively reach buyers across the DACH region
  • Comfortable with rejection and energized by outbound sales activity
  • Driven to grow into an Account Executive role and willing to earn it through performance
  • Experience or genuine curiosity in electronics, manufacturing, or hardware
