  • • The Business Development Coordinator serves as the operations engine behind Evidence Solutions’ business development efforts, supporting internal sales processes and maintaining key sales materials to strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • • Day to day, the role involves maintaining a comprehensive proposal library, overseeing archiving and updating of business development resources (case studies, capabilities decks), coordinating workflow between internal teams for lead generation and prospecting, supporting RFI and RFP responses, managing intake and coordination of RFP requests, acting as primary liaison between Evidence Solutions and the AQ Proposals Team, monitoring pipeline and lead reporting in Salesforce, supporting marketing initiatives, and managing RFP and vendor platforms for proposal submissions.
  • • The role is part of the Evidence Solutions Business Operations Team and reports to the Director of Strategic Planning & Business Development for Evidence Solutions, operating within Precision AQ, LLC (a subsidiary of Precision Medicine Group), a remote-first organization focused on healthcare and pharmaceutical business development.
  • • In this role, the person can develop expertise in sales operations, proposal management, and healthcare business development while gaining hands-on experience with Salesforce, cross-functional coordination, and process optimization in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-2 years of professional experience in the healthcare space, related or similar to pharmaceuticals or healthcare insurance
  • • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a business, healthcare, technical or operational field
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
