We are currently seeking a commercially driven Business Development Demand Director to join our team, based in Singapore, operating on a hybrid model.
- • As the Business Development Demand Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving incremental spend from Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and their buyers. Your primary focus will be on identifying, structuring, and closing deals that unlock new revenue streams and expand Nexxen's market presence. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with key players in the programmatic ecosystem, including industry giants like Amazon, The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, and Viant, among many others. This role is distinct from traditional agency sales; you will be engaging directly with DSP organizations and their respective buyer seats, requiring a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, exceptional commercial acumen, and an unwavering commitment to revenue growth.
- • Your core responsibilities will involve a proactive approach to business development. You will be tasked with hunting for new opportunities, which includes identifying underutilized DSP seats, recognizing emerging DSP partners, and forging new commercial relationships. A significant part of your role will be to structure and negotiate innovative deals designed to stimulate incremental spend. This could involve developing and implementing incentive programs, spearheading Supply Path Optimization (SPO) initiatives, curating Private Marketplace (PMP) deals, and identifying opportunities within the open auction.
- • To maximize Nexxen's share of wallet within each DSP partner, you will develop tailored growth strategies. These strategies will encompass comprehensive commercial plans, attractive incentive structures, and effective sales motions designed to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers within DSP organizations will be paramount. This includes cultivating rapport with account managers, traders, sales leaders, and platform operations teams, understanding their needs, and positioning Nexxen as a strategic partner.
- • Collaboration is key to success at Nexxen. You will work closely with internal teams, including Product, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure we are delivering the most effective solutions and to accelerate the implementation of new initiatives for our DSP partners. Your role will also involve acting as an internal advocate for your partners, effectively surfacing their feedback and insights to influence our product roadmap and go-to-market strategies. This ensures that Nexxen remains at the forefront of industry innovation and continues to meet the evolving needs of the market.
- • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to track and analyze performance across all your deals and campaigns. You will be expected to translate these performance insights into clear, actionable growth recommendations for both your DSP partners and internal stakeholders. This data-driven approach is crucial for continuous improvement and sustained revenue growth. The hybrid work model allows for a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, with three days typically spent in the office and the remainder working remotely.
