- • As a Business Development Executive at Celtrino, you will drive UK market expansion by identifying, researching, and engaging target accounts through strategic prospecting and value-led outreach, directly contributing to the company’s growth in a high-impact individual contributor role.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include generating qualified meetings via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn; hitting activity targets for calls, emails, and opportunities booked; maintaining accurate records in HubSpot; collaborating with marketing and presales teams; and relentlessly following up on leads until conversion or disqualification.
- • Celtrino, a subsidiary of Valsoft Corporation, is Ireland’s leading EDI and supply chain automation specialist with 30 years of experience, serving over 1,000 companies and processing millions of invoices worth billions annually across retail, FMCG, pharma, healthcare, and government sectors.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B SaaS sales, refine your outbound prospecting techniques, master sales tools like HubSpot and Apollo, and build a clear path toward advancement into Account Executive and senior roles as the UK team scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years in Business Development or SDR within B2B SaaS, tech, or supply chain solutions
- • Proven success in outbound lead generation and cold calling
- • Proficient with sales tools (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Nooks, etc.)
- • Fluent in pipeline metrics: MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and activity volumes
- • Excellent at objection handling and qualifying prospects through strategic questioning
- • Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers (Ops, IT, Procurement, Finance)
- • Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Hunter mentality: self-motivated, accountable, and driven by results
- • Adaptable, coachable, and operates with urgency
