- • Business Development Executive (Ireland Field Sales) role focused on driving new business growth in the Dublin market for Fresha, the AI-powered operating system for beauty, wellness, and self-care.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include proactive cold outreach, face-to-face field sales, winning and onboarding new salon, barber, spa, medspa, fitness studio, and health practice partners, and collaborating with the Commercial team and General Manager (UK & Ireland) to execute growth strategies.
- • Fresha is a global leader in beauty and wellness technology, trusted by 140,000+ businesses and 450,000+ professionals worldwide, processing over 1 billion appointments, with headquarters in London and 15 global offices across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- • The role offers the opportunity to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, helping to build Fresha’s presence in Dublin from the ground up while developing expertise in B2B sales, market expansion, and partnership development within a scaling tech company.

- • Proven experience in business development, field sales, or B2B sales, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or SaaS industries.
- • Strong track record of proactive cold outreach and successful partner acquisition through face-to-face engagement.
- • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with a results-driven mindset.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with business owners and stakeholders.
- • Based in or willing to work remotely from Dublin, Ireland, with flexibility for travel as needed for field sales.
