  • • Business Development Executive role focused on expanding Fresha’s market presence in Portugal and supporting growth across the Iberian region
  • • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and onboarding beauty, wellness, and self-care businesses onto the Fresha platform
  • • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract closure
  • • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM, providing regular reporting on performance against targets
  • • Stay informed on local market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements affecting the beauty and wellness sector
  • • Represent Fresha at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to build brand visibility and generate leads

🎯 Requirements

  • • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with ownership over sales targets and outcomes
