- • As a Senior Business Development Lead at Arena Intelligence, you will serve as the primary strategic driver of revenue growth by owning the full lifecycle of enterprise partnerships with the world’s most advanced AI labs and technology organizations. This role is critical to expanding the platform’s influence as the definitive standard for AI model evaluation, directly contributing to the company’s mission of redefining how model performance is measured and trusted across the industry.
- • You will manage deep, multi-stakeholder relationships with research, engineering, and procurement teams at leading AI organizations, aligning evaluation programs with customer training and research roadmaps to expand revenue across text, code, vision, multimodal, and auto-eval modalities. Your work will involve identifying and closing strategic enterprise opportunities, negotiating co-release and marketing rights, and owning renewals, expansions, and upsells while maintaining forward visibility into multi-quarter revenue commitments.
- • You will maintain rigorous pipeline management and revenue forecasting tied to delivery schedules, consumption pacing, and renewal cycles, structuring complex enterprise deals that balance predictable contracted revenue with flexible usage-based pricing models. Collaboration with product, delivery, and finance teams will be essential to ensure evaluation capacity, quality, and timelines meet customer expectations, while supporting go-to-market strategy for new evaluation and data products.
- • Arena Intelligence is a mission-driven, open AI evaluation platform built by researchers from UC Berkeley’s SkyLab and backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Kleiner Perkins, and Lightspeed. Trusted by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and other leading AI labs, the platform processes over a million daily evaluations and has become the industry standard for benchmarking AI model performance through crowdsourced benchmarks and human preference data.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI evaluation infrastructure, refine your ability to navigate complex technical sales cycles, and strengthen your credibility when engaging with research and engineering stakeholders on topics like model training vs. inference, RLHF, and benchmarking. You will have the autonomy to shape deal strategy, influence product direction through customer feedback, and contribute to a company where technical excellence and real-world impact are deeply valued.
