- • This is a pivotal role for a highly motivated and autonomous Senior Business Development Lead, tasked with spearheading strategic revenue growth and forging critical enterprise partnerships for a groundbreaking open AI evaluation platform. The company is at the forefront of redefining how the world's most advanced AI laboratories measure and understand the performance of their sophisticated AI models.
- • As a senior individual contributor, you will be instrumental in driving the full lifecycle of revenue generation. This involves cultivating deep relationships with key research and engineering stakeholders within leading AI organizations, and expertly structuring and closing large-scale, impactful partnerships.
- • Your primary focus will be on engaging directly with the world's most advanced AI labs and select, forward-thinking enterprise organizations. A key aspect of this role is embedding the company's cutting-edge evaluation platform into their critical AI development workflows, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
- • Success in this position will be measured by your proven ability to expand strategic relationships, secure long-term, high-value contracts, and consistently meet or exceed ambitious annual revenue and consumption targets.
- • You will be the primary business lead for top-tier global model labs, taking ownership of relationships across research, engineering, and procurement departments. This involves understanding their evolving needs and aligning the platform's capabilities with their strategic objectives.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will be to expand revenue streams by strategically aligning the platform's diverse evaluation modalities—including text, code, vision, multimodal, and auto-evaluation—with customer training and research roadmaps.
- • You will actively identify and pursue new strategic enterprise opportunities, targeting organizations that are actively seeking robust solutions to evaluate both their internal AI models and third-party AI technologies. This includes major technology companies and enterprise software providers.
- • A unique aspect of this role involves negotiating co-release and marketing rights within major partnerships. This strategic initiative aims to significantly strengthen the platform’s market presence, enhance its visibility, and solidify its position as an industry standard.
- • You will meticulously own the entire lifecycle of customer relationships, from initial engagement through renewals, expansions, and upsells. This requires maintaining a clear and forward-looking perspective on multi-quarter revenue commitments and customer satisfaction.
- • Rigorous pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting are essential. You will ensure alignment with delivery schedules, consumption pacing, and renewal cycles, providing reliable insights to the leadership team.
- • You will be responsible for structuring complex, multi-faceted enterprise deals. This requires a delicate balance between securing predictable contracted revenue and implementing flexible, usage-based pricing models that cater to the dynamic nature of AI development.
- • Close collaboration with product, delivery, and finance teams is crucial. You will ensure that evaluation capacity, the quality of results, and delivery timelines consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
- • You will also play a key role in supporting the go-to-market strategy for new evaluation products and data offerings, driving their adoption across both established accounts and new strategic relationships.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of artificial intelligence, contributing to the development and evaluation of technologies that are shaping the future. You will be part of a small, mission-driven team dedicated to advancing AI responsibly and effectively.
