📋 Description

• As Business Development Lead at Helius Labs, you will play a key role in expanding the company's presence across the Solana ecosystem and broader crypto industry, driving adoption of Helius' infrastructure products among top trading, infrastructure, and fintech teams.
• You will own the full sales lifecycle — from sourcing and discovery through negotiation and closing — while identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships that accelerate Helius' adoption.
• You will join a small, senior team at Helius Labs, a company building core infrastructure for Solana and backed by Haun Ventures, Founders Fund, and Foundation Capital, working directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams.
• You will become a deep product expert, guide customers through technical evaluations, inform product roadmap priorities, and help shape go-to-market strategies for new infrastructure offerings, positioning you to grow as a strategic GTM leader in a high-impact, founding role.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in sales, business development, or partnerships roles
• 1+ years of prior work experience in crypto
• Experience selling to a technical audience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and scrappy environment
