- • As Business Development Lead, Cloud & AI at Harvey AI Inc., you will own and scale strategic alliances with major cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft/Azure) and AI labs, driving joint go-to-market, co-product development, co-investment, and co-marketing initiatives that create durable, compounding advantages for Harvey.
- • You will define and execute Harvey’s cloud and AI alliance strategy, manage executive-level relationships with key partners, develop joint business plans, track competitive dynamics, and lead a team of partner managers to ensure alliances deliver outsized commercial and strategic value through co-selling, co-building, and co-marketing motions.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise technology alliances, deepen technical fluency with product and engineering teams, build scalable frameworks for managing complex partnerships, and grow as a leader by recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team while influencing Harvey’s product and GTM strategy through deep partner integration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10+ years of experience in technology alliances, cloud partnerships, or strategic business development within enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, or platform ecosystems
- • Proven track record of managing multi-dimensional partnerships with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure/Microsoft, GCP) or AI labs across co-sell, co-build, and co-market motions
- • Strong technical fluency to engage credibly with product and engineering teams on integration architecture, API strategy, and platform capabilities
- • Experience managing and developing teams of 3–5+ in alliance management and partner development functions
- • Strong executive presence with ability to build trusted relationships with VP+ stakeholders at major technology companies
- • Analytical rigor in defining KPIs, building business cases for partnership investments, and using data to drive decisions
