• • This position is designed for a high-level operator with a profound understanding of the intricate workings of modern financial markets. You must possess the unique ability to seamlessly transition between technical discussions with Quantitative Traders and strategic dialogues with C-suite executives at exchanges. Your responsibilities will encompass both the "supply side" of our network, focusing on onboarding new market makers and data contributors, and the "demand side," actively pitching our premium data solutions to a diverse range of institutional consumers.
• • As a key member of our well-rounded, globally distributed team, you will collaborate with a blend of technical experts and partnership builders. • • **Drive Network Supply (Market Makers & Data Providers):**
• • Proactively identify, pitch, and onboard top-tier Market Makers and Trading Firms, ensuring they contribute high-quality, reliable data to our network.
• • Manage the entire lifecycle of data providers on the "supply side," from initial integration to ongoing engagement and incentive alignment, fostering long-term commitment.
• • Navigate complex, high-stakes negotiations with institutional entities, overcoming challenges to significantly expand our data footprint and diversity.
• • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain the most valuable data contributors, ensuring the integrity and comprehensiveness of our data sources.
• • **Scale Premium Data Adoption (Demand Side):**
• • Lead the sales and business development efforts for our premium data offerings, identifying and engaging institutional consumers who demand low-latency, high-accuracy data feeds for their critical operations.
• • Articulate the compelling technical and economic value proposition of our data products with precision and clarity to sophisticated buyers, demonstrating clear ROI.
• • Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams, acting as the voice of the market by relaying crucial feedback, insights, and trends to shape and refine our product roadmap and future offerings.
• • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new market segments and expand the adoption of our data solutions.
• • **Ecosystem & Relationship Management:**
• • Serve as a high-touch Relationship Manager for our most valued VIP clients, cultivating deep, trust-based relationships to ensure long-term retention, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
• • Represent Dourolabs XYZ Inc. at major global industry events, conferences, and forums across Asia and Europe, enhancing our brand visibility and networking capabilities within both Traditional Finance (TradFi) and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) communities.
• • Maintain a keen and constant pulse on the competitive landscape, closely monitoring key players including Exchanges, Oracles, and Data Providers to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• • Foster and nurture strategic alliances within the broader ecosystem, identifying synergistic opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth.
