- • As a Business Development Manager at Neurons Lab, you will drive predictable revenue growth by generating qualified opportunities and closing deals with Financial Services enterprises across Europe, directly contributing to the company’s mission of becoming the preferred AI partner in the sector.
- • You will own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closed-won, leveraging MEDDIC methodology, AI-powered outreach tools, and strategic multi-channel engagement to target C-suite and VP-level decision-makers in FSI organizations with $20M–500M ARR.
- • You will collaborate closely with the AI Engineering team to co-develop solution positioning, lead scoping workshops, craft compelling RFP/RFI responses, and negotiate pricing and contracts (MSAs, SOWs) to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
- • You will maintain rigorous sales operations discipline, including accurate CRM hygiene, weekly revenue forecasting with confidence levels, documentation of sales plays and competitive intelligence, and seamless handoff to Account Delivery post-sale.
- • You will be expected to generate 12+ qualified opportunities per quarter, maintain >40% MQL-to-SQL conversion, achieve >25% win rate on SQLs, reduce sales cycle to under 90 days, and deliver >80% forecast accuracy on 30-day projections while completing 50+ calls/meetings monthly and responding to leads within 2 hours.

- • You will develop deep expertise in enterprise AI sales, financial services domain knowledge, MEDDIC qualification, AI-driven sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration with technical teams — positioning you for advancement into senior sales leadership or sales operations roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in complex enterprise sales of professional services, preferably within the Financial Services sector across Europe.
- • Demonstrated success selling AI/ML solutions or working within the AI/ML domain, with familiarity in AWS cloud services.
- • Strong proficiency in MEDDIC sales methodology, CRM management (e.g., Salesforce), and data-driven forecasting with >80% accuracy.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- • Ability to execute multi-channel outreach campaigns targeting C-suite and VP-level executives, with systematic thinking and a result-driven, client-centric mindset.
