- • As a Healthcare Account Executive at A Place for Mom, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and healthcare facilities in your Manhattan territory, driving lead generation and move-ins by building trusted relationships with hospital and skilled nursing facility staff to help families navigate senior care transitions during discharge.
- • You will own and grow a portfolio of accounts including social workers, case managers, and discharge planners, using strategic outreach, cold calling, networking, and service presentations to increase referral volume and exceed monthly quotas for families selecting senior care options or in-home care services.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include delivering presentations to healthcare professionals, educating families on care options, collaborating with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to convert referrals into placements, and following up on discharge outcomes to reinforce the value of A Place for Mom’s services.
- • You will leverage CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and internal reports to analyze pipeline performance, pilot new initiatives such as account scoring or process improvements, and provide feedback to enhance sales tools and territory-wide strategies.
- • Working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you will travel daily within your territory to conduct in-person meetings, attend scheduled presentations, and make impromptu drop-ins to engage with discharge planners, doctors, and families, all while managing your time effectively to meet aggressive sales targets.
- • You will partner closely with your Regional Director to develop weekly account plans, nurture existing relationships, and identify growth opportunities, contributing to team outcomes while embodying A Place for Mom’s core values of mission over me, driving results as a team, and embracing change.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor with exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities
- • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with other teams to achieve results
- • Hospital or skilled nursing facility sales experience
- • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
