- • As a Regional Account Executive for U.S. Bancorp’s Elavon division, you will drive profitable growth by developing new business relationships and expanding revenue from existing accounts across Vermont and surrounding regions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of empowering customers and businesses to make smarter financial decisions through innovative payment solutions.
- • You will identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities by leveraging deep knowledge of client needs, market trends, and Elavon’s suite of payment processing, merchant services, and financial technology products, tailoring your approach to solve real-world challenges for businesses of all sizes.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include crafting and delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective and current clients, articulating the tangible benefits of Elavon’s platforms—such as seamless transaction processing, enhanced security, and value-added services—to align with client goals and close deals effectively.
- • You will build and sustain a robust referral network and structured call program to consistently generate leads, nurture relationships, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring long-term account retention and expansion through proactive engagement and trusted advisory partnerships.
- • Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with internal teams including product, client service, and operations to relay customer feedback, influence product enhancements, and ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new and existing clients.
- • You’ll manage multiple concurrent sales cycles, prioritize tasks based on opportunity value and urgency, and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining meticulous CRM documentation and forecasting accuracy.
- • Operating remotely from Vermont, you’ll represent U.S. Bank’s Elavon brand with integrity and professionalism, embodying the company’s commitment to ethical conduct, customer-centricity, and community impact, while enjoying the flexibility of a remote role backed by national enterprise resources.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- • Two to three years of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B, financial services, or payment processing
- • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend regional events
- • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- • Proven ability to creatively resolve client concerns and negotiate win-win solutions
- • Demonstrated success managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
