  • • The Business Development Manager will drive growth and performance of Realtor and joint venture partnerships, playing a key role in expanding Real’s title and escrow services through strategic relationship building and market presence.
  • • Day to day, the role involves leading strategic initiatives, developing client-specific business plans, generating new business through outreach and meetings, qualifying opportunities, managing CRM pipelines, representing the company at events, and maintaining industry knowledge to advise clients effectively.
  • • The team operates within Real’s Title Services organization, supporting a high-performing business development function focused on scaling partnerships with Realtors and joint venture partners across the U.S. real estate ecosystem.
  • • In this role, the individual can develop expertise in title and escrow services, refine strategic sales and negotiation skills, build a measurable track record of partnership growth, and contribute to shaping the future of Real’s residential real estate technology platform.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in business development, customer success, account management, or partnership-focused roles
  • • Proven success in B2B or enterprise sales, including new client acquisition and expansion of long-term, repeat business; experience in title and escrow services is strongly preferred
  • • Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools, including platforms such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, OpenPhone, and Qualia or comparable title and escrow systems
  • • Title insurance sales experience in the requested state/region is a must
  • • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • • Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments
