- • Lead the hiring, onboarding, and scaling of Dandy’s Business Development Representative (BDR) team to support hypergrowth objectives.
- • Build and manage a metrics-driven, customer-obsessed BDR team that consistently exceeds quarterly sales quotas.
- • Design and refine outbound outreach strategies and pipeline generation playbooks that balance scalability with personalization.
- • Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with BDRs to drive performance, skill development, and career progression.
- • Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and product teams to optimize lead generation processes and improve conversion rates.
- • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly quota attainment using data-driven insights and pipeline analysis.
- • Identify and implement process improvements that increase team efficiency and sales velocity across the BDR function.
- • Foster a high-performance team culture rooted in accountability, respect, continuous learning, and internal mobility.
- • Serve as a representative of the Sales Leadership team, embodying and promoting Dandy’s Sales Competencies across the BDR organization.
- • Leverage data to assess individual and team performance, then tailor interventions to improve outcomes and close gaps.
- • Motivate and engage BDRs by setting clear performance standards and adapting leadership approaches to individual needs.
- • Guide BDRs in understanding the full sales pipeline, from lead qualification to deal progression, using core tools and strategies.
- • Travel up to 25% of the time to the United States to support team alignment, training, and operational initiatives.
- • Ensure all BDR activities align with Dandy’s mission to modernize the dental industry through technology and exceptional support.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment, with at least 2 years managing teams of 5+ individual reps
- • Proven experience with B2B SaaS tools techstack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.)
- • Strong grasp of BDR team best practices and pipeline generation methodologies
- • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive employee engagement through data-informed leadership
- • Proven track record of understanding and optimizing end-to-end sales processes
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
