- • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise and government customers, managing end-to-end sales cycles to secure new logos.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, executive sponsors, and customer stakeholders to drive sustained revenue growth.
- • Develop and expand pipeline by cultivating strategic partnerships with hardware vendors, ISVs, and system integrators in the high-tech sector.
- • Articulate SOTI’s value proposition and product differentiation clearly to partners and customers, aligning solutions with their operational needs.
- • Forecast, track, and analyze key account metrics to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and sales performance alignment.
- • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within assigned territory by collaborating with sales engineering and operations teams to meet revenue targets.
- • Assist in resolving high-severity customer escalations and coordinate cross-functional resources—including support, service, and management—to meet partner performance expectations.
- • Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel across assigned partner accounts to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in enterprise and government segments.
- • Leverage deep knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy and customer conversations.
- • Operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment while maintaining high standards of accountability and execution.
- • Work collaboratively within a global, team-oriented culture that emphasizes innovation, personal growth, and winning results.
- • Engage with leading technology partners to stay at the forefront of emerging mobile and IoT device management technologies.
- • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders across enterprise and government sectors.
- • Proactively pursue learning and development opportunities to grow within the role and contribute to SOTI’s evolving market leadership.
