📋 Description
- • As a Business Development Manager at Carwow Ltd, you will drive adoption of the company’s buying platform by securing new independent motor traders and franchise dealer groups through consultative selling and tailored demos, directly contributing to Carwow’s mission of transforming how people buy, sell, advertise, and lease cars across Europe.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include generating new business via high-volume phone outreach and occasional field visits, signing up dealers to the Sell My Car platform, identifying upsell opportunities for services like transport and stock funding, building long-term partner relationships, collaborating with Account Management for smooth handovers and reactivations, delivering persuasive pitches to stakeholders ranging from sole traders to group buyers, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- • Carwow is Europe’s leading car-changing destination, having facilitated nearly £3bn in car purchases and £1.8bn in sales listings last year, and recently expanded its reach through the acquisition of Autovia (AutoExpress and Evo), now serving 10 million YouTube subscribers, 1.2 million magazine sales, and 350m+ annual online readers.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling skills, deepen your expertise in automotive retail partnerships, master CRM-driven pipeline management, and grow your ability to influence senior stakeholders — positioning yourself for long-term growth in a fast-scaling, innovative tech-driven marketplace.
