- • Business Development Manager at Dandy Technology, Inc. leads the hiring, management, and scaling of the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to support the company’s hypergrowth and global expansion in transforming the $200B dental industry through technology.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building a metrics-driven, customer-obsessed team that exceeds quota; refining outreach strategies and pipeline generation playbooks; mentoring and coaching BDRs through weekly one-on-ones; collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize lead generation; forecasting monthly and quarterly quota attainment; and fostering a culture of accountability, performance, respect, and continuous learning.
- • Dandy is a venture-backed innovator modernizing dental practices worldwide with an operating system that empowers clinicians through technology, innovation, and world-class support, aiming to improve outcomes for practices, their teams, and patients.
- • In this role, you will develop BDRs for internal promotion, sharpen leadership and data-driven decision-making skills, gain expertise in scaling sales teams in high-growth SaaS environments, and contribute directly to Dandy’s market expansion and sales performance trajectory.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment, with at least 2 years managing teams of 5+ individual representatives
- • Proven experience with B2B SaaS tools including Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or similar platforms
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interpret and leverage data to improve individual and team performance
