- • A Business Development Manager with both technical and commercial focus, responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients into long-term customers in the rewards and incentives sector.
- • Day to day activities include generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, events, and networking; managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and implementation; conducting structured discovery to understand client needs; developing and presenting tailored commercial proposals; negotiating commercial agreements with UK and international clients; engaging multiple stakeholders across client organisations; collaborating with internal Product, Marketing, and Brand teams; building and maintaining a strong pipeline with accurate CRM forecasting; representing Tillo at industry events; and delivering against a £250k+ annual new business revenue target in year 1.
- • Tillo Limited is a market leader in the UK rewards and incentives space, active in over 37 markets and 25 currencies, processing billions in gift card transactions via a plug-and-go API for world-leading businesses, backed by Tenzing, with a hybrid work policy requiring 2 days per week in the London office.
- • The role offers the opportunity to own the full sales process, develop expertise in technical and commercial sales within a fast-growing fintech environment, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and contribute to Tillo’s global expansion while building a strong foundation in mid-market to enterprise deal execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6+ years’ experience in B2B sales (SaaS, fintech, payments, or API-based platforms)
- • Proven track record of achieving £200k–£500k+ annual sales targets
- • Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close
- • Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to understand and communicate technical solutions clearly
- • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot
- • Highly organised with ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
