  • • The Business Development Manager at ReviverX Inc. (operating as Ways2Well) is a critical revenue-generating leadership role responsible for driving new business acquisition, expanding market footprint, and scaling core commercial offerings in the regenerative and preventive medicine space.
  • • Day to day, the role involves owning and exceeding revenue targets across Memberships, Wellness Programs, and Executive Packages; designing and executing a data-driven business development pipeline; developing pricing strategies and value propositions; leading new member acquisition campaigns; building B2B corporate wellness partnerships; cultivating high-value executive clients; conducting market research for geographic and segment expansion; and establishing strategic alliances with complementary health and lifestyle brands.
  • • The team operates within Ways2Well, a leader in regenerative and preventive medicine that empowers patients through data-driven, personalized care, leveraging cutting-edge technology and digital platforms to deliver high-impact healthcare at scale.
  • • In this role, the individual can learn to architect and execute comprehensive business development strategies, master enterprise sales in premium health services, build scalable partnership infrastructures, and directly impact revenue growth while working closely with the CEO and executive team on forecasting, budgeting, and commercial strategy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of progressive business development, sales, or commercial leadership experience
  • • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth environment
  • • Experience selling B2C and B2B premium services, memberships, or subscription-based offerings
  • • Exceptional relationship-building and executive communication skills
  • • Strong analytical acumen with experience managing pipeline metrics and revenue reporting
  • • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, scaling organization
