- ⢠Business Development Manager at TreviPay Inc., a global B2B payments infrastructure partner enabling over $8B in annual trade across 35 countries. This role is critical to driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients in a defined territory.
- ⢠The person will own the full sales cycleâfrom prospecting and qualification to deal executionâfocusing on complex, multimillion-dollar B2B payments solutions. Daily activities include outbound prospecting (cold outreach, events, networking), engaging C-level decision-makers, building business cases, navigating large buying groups (finance, operations, IT, procurement), and negotiating contracts to close.
- ⢠TreviPay operates as a fully managed platform with intelligent apps and 40 years of buyer intelligence, serving manufacturers, retailers, travel companies, and banks. The company has offices in Kansas, Mexico City, San Jose CR, Rijswijk NL, and Melbourne AU, offering a global, collaborative environment.
- ⢠The person will develop expertise in enterprise B2B sales, financial technology, and complex deal strategy. They will achieve mastery in influencing C-level stakeholders, managing long sales cycles (6â12 months), and building scalable territory plansâpositioning them for senior leadership roles in sales or business development.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a focus on solution-based selling
- ⢠Proven success closing complex, long-cycle deals (6â12 months) in financial, payments, or SaaS solutions
- ⢠Strong ability to influence and sell to C-level stakeholders, with demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- ⢠Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and a Bachelorâs degree
- ⢠Fluency in Spanish and English (highly preferred)
- ⢠Experience in B2B payments, invoicing, or fintech (highly preferred)
